This place was great! And Richard was a fantastic host. I was provided everything well in advance, and even when I made a map/address mistake, Richard redirected me to the correct place very quickly. The house was perfect. Easy access and conveniently located; quick access across the bridge to and from Louisville, plenty of stuff nearby and walkable as well. Couldn't be happier with the stay, and would be happy to stay here again next year when we come back for the Derby City Classic.

We always stay at this house when we come into town. It is convenient, clean, spacious and a great place to stay! Do not hesitate to stay here. Richard is an outstanding host and you won't be disappointed.
