While our home is perfect for family gatherings and events, it is NOT a place to hold a party. If arriving after 10pm, please note there are quiet hours in the neighborhood, so please be kind and unload quietly. A minimum of a $125 fine for each of the following: Smoking of anything in the house Pet damage or extra cleaning due to pets Events or parties Damage to the house Late check out Additional requirements for pets: Bag all pet waste from yard and place in out door garbage can No pets on furniture. If you leave the house, your dog must be crated. Dogs only, no cats. By staying in the house, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our NO smoking and NO party policy. *Please do not rearrange the furniture If you do encounter a concern on the property, we require a reasonable amount of time to rectify the situation. Due to the rise in scams, our property manager will need to verify any issue in person or our cancellation policy will remain in place.

Jeffersonville, known to the locals just as "Jeff", has a fun outdoor vibe in the summer with a plethora of events, parks, markets, pools and other fun things to do. For some local flavor, try Schimpffs confectionary, Union Gameyard or walk the Big 4 station Bridge (and then eat at Parlour Pizza and Pints afterwards!) In the Fall and Winter there are concerts, shops, coffeehouses and other things to keep busy, not to mention our close proximity to other things like Pumpkin Patches, Apple Orchards, Danger Run, Lights under Louisville or the Christmas Light Spectacular in Charlestown!

This cozy home was perfect for us. It is conveniently located and we were able to walk to local bar and sight see. Host was very responsive and the home provided complimentary coffee and bath items. We truly loved our stay and we 100% recommend staying here.

Thank you for hosting my family and I. The owner was extremely quick with responses. The home looks even better in person, than in pictures. The showers are nice. The home had a great amount of amenities. Plenty of tvs. Technology friendly. Instructions very clear and thorough. I loved staying here for the weekend! 5 stars for sure. Definitely recommend. The home was clean and roomy. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The outdoor patio was enjoyable to relax at night. The neighborhood was quiet, and walkable to a busy downtown area and waterfront. My husband and I would strongly book this house again on a future visit.

We are 9 miles from the Louisville airport (SDF) and 3 miles to the KFC Yum Center and the Louisville Slugger Museum. We are located 8 miles from Churchill Downs and everything is easily accessible by car. Uber/Lyft is readily available and many things are within walking distance. There are 4 main bridges that cross from Indiana to Kentucky, 2 are toll bridges.
